Returns, Refunds & Replacements 🧵

Every LUVERRA piece is made by hand, so we want it to feel right in your home. If it doesn't, here's exactly how we'll sort it out.
Not quite the one? That's okay 🪡
- 5-day return window. You can raise a return within 5 days of delivery.
- Unused and in original packaging. Please send it back just as it reached you.
- Return shipping is on you. Shipping charges for sending the product back are paid by the customer.
Refunds come as store credit 💌
- Refunds are issued as LUVERRA store credit.
- Your credit lands 3–5 days after the product reaches us.
- Store credit is valid for 1 year, so there's plenty of time to find your next favourite piece. 🌿
Something went wrong on our end? 🧶
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, that's on us and we'll replace it.
- Please record an unboxing video while opening the parcel. It helps us sort things out quickly. 📹
- Write to us within 5 days of delivery with the video attached, and we'll take it from there.
A few small but important things 🪴
- Requests made after 5 days can't be accepted.
- Refused a delivery but want it after all? We'll happily reship it. :)
A note on handmade products 🤍
Every LUVERRA piece is individually handcrafted. Slight variations in colour, texture, embroidery, bead placement or finish are a natural part of the handmade process and make every piece one of a kind. These variations are not considered defects.
